Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before work starts, amounts paid may be refunded less non-recoverable processing or third-party costs.
After work begins
Completed work, approved milestones, research, consultation, reserved capacity, and time already spent are non-refundable. Any eligible refund is based on the undelivered portion of the agreed scope.
Third-party and recurring costs
Domains, hosting, software, advertising spend, licenses, stock assets, and similar third-party costs are non-refundable. Recurring services may be cancelled before the next billing date; current periods are not prorated unless agreed otherwise.
