1. Copyright
Upon full payment, you will retain copyright to original content developed specifically for you and delivered according to the agreed terms, except for third-party assets, licensed materials, tools, frameworks, or pre-existing intellectual property. You may publish and use the delivered work as permitted by the applicable licenses and written project agreement.
2. Payment
We require 100% advance payment for services purchased through the website unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is responsible for transaction charges, applicable taxes, and approved third-party costs.
3. Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions on delivered work when requested within 7 days of delivery and within the original agreed scope. In special cases, revision requests may be accepted within 14 days. Typical revision turnaround is 24 hours for urgent requests, 48 hours for standard 24–48 hour requests, and 72 hours for requests with a timeline of 48 hours or more. Complex revisions or scope changes may require additional time or fees.
4. Project Requirements
Project requirements will be discussed before work begins. Service-level concerns will be evaluated according to the approved requirements, written communications, these terms, and reasonable business practices. The client is responsible for providing timely content, access, approvals, and materials.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
Upon receipt of full payment and all required project materials, Coverax Services Inc. aims to deliver purchased services within 0 to 3 business days where the selected package reasonably permits. The actual timeline may vary according to scope, complexity, revisions, dependencies, and client response times. The expected delivery date will be confirmed at purchase or project initiation.
